I had cause to contact them in the run-up to Christmas to attend to what had become an urgent matter for an elderly person and their heating. The company responded promptly and completed the work exactly to plan. It required a second visit for additional work, which was also carried out swiftly and smoothly.
More than simply the physical task itself, however, is the utterly professional manner in which the company addressed the concern – and their customers.
They were courteous, professional and efficient. There was support throughout and all necessary documentation was provided as a matter of course.
You do not receive the same level of service from all companies.
